1REFUND POLICY
a. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or a technical issue we are unable to resolve.
Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be processed within 7 business days.
b. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have completed or accessed a significant portion (20% or more) of the course.
- You change your mind after purchasing.
- You fail to provide a valid reason or necessary details when requesting a refund.
- You purchased during a discounted or promotional offer (unless stated otherwise).
2CANCELLATION POLICY
As all purchases are digital, cancellations are not applicable once the course has been purchased and access has been granted.
